We can help you increase the traffic for your business and we are always on the lookout for strong sales agents that can help us grow our business as well.
Our metal garages and buildings can add a lot of utility to your property. We have buildings with three different types of roof systems and so many size options to choose from that we are confident that we can offer you exactly what you need.
Our garage units are offered to you with wind and snow ratings that stand up to 130 MPH winds and 30 PSF. All of our buildings will meet or exceed the local council’s requirements and our agents will be with you every step of the way to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for to fulfill your need.
There are three different types of roof systems offered to you at Safeguard Metal Buildings - the Regular, the Boxed Eave, and the Vertical. The different features of these different systems are listed below.
Regular - economically priced, less labor involved, no eave side trim, no ridge cap and no hat channel
Boxed Eave - A-Frame unit, horizontal roof panels, no hat channel, no ridge cap, smaller L-Trim, and eave side trim
Vertical - panels run vertical, debris runs off roof better, more steel framing, the hat channel runs length of the roof, deeper eave side trim, deeper end trim and a ridge cap at the apex of the roof
Comparing all the different roof systems gives you even more options when you are shopping and allows you to decide what system is in your budget and what amount of safeguarding you would like to have.
Here at Safeguard Metal Buildings we also offer FREE installation on all of our products! As long as the area you want to put your building is level and free of obstruction, we will help you out by installing it free for you. Everything we offer is manufactured in Waco, Texas and is considered modular. This is what allows our contractors to put the buildings together right there at your site.
There are a few things you will want to keep in mind to make sure that you don’t run into any unexpected fees associated with your installation. First, you need to make sure that your site is level and free of debris before the crew arrives. Make sure that our crew will be able to unload all of the parts within fifty feet of where they will be putting the building. To make sure there are no additional fees you will also want to ensure that the crew is installing your building on concrete, asphalt, grass, or gravel. If the crew has to install the unit on a wood foundation, they will have to charge for that. Finally, make sure the crew does not have to wait around for a long time before they can begin the installation. They will have to charge a fee for that as well. If you can ensure these simple prerequisites, then we are more than happy to install your building at no charge. If anything seems unclear or you have any questions about additional fees don’t hesitate to get in contact with us. We would love to help you get answers to all of your questions.
We can’t wait to help you with all of your storage and safeguarding needs so give us a call and let us know what you need. As of right now, we serve most of Texas and we are anticipating expanding our business to Oklahoma and Louisiana in the near future!
